How do I set up my Box?
- Check that all contents are inside the box.
- Connect the Digital Box using either an AVI/HDMI cable to your TV
- Power the TV on
- Connect the power adapter and power on the Digital Box
- Follow Step 3 to scan for all channels

What are the procedures for a reconnection of our services?
Visit the office to request the reconnection and pay the minimal fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00). Any outstanding balance is required to be cleared as well.

How quick is my service provided?
Our service response time is usually within 24hours.
My Set Top Box does not turn on. What I do?
- Make sure the STB is plugged into a working outlet.
- Ensure if you are using a power strip that it is plugged in and turned on.
- Try pressing the power button on the STB.
- Try changing the batteries in the remote and retry powering on.
- Disconnect the STB, wait 2-3 minutes, reconnect and try repowering it.

How do I set/reset my STB?
- Go to settings by pressing the MENU button on the STB remote
- Go to INSTALLATION
- Select DEFAULT SETTINGS
- Select yes for resetting to default
- Enter the password "0000"
- The scanning takes a few minutes
- Save all channels when the process is completed, if needed

I forget my Wi-Fi password. What to do?
If you have a PC, connect it to your modem using an ethernet cable
Open your web browser
Type in your cable modem or router login page address (cable modems: 192.168.0.1/ 18.104.22.168)
Enter the username and password to login, by default (User: admin & Password: motorola)
Locate the field to change password for the Wi-Fi
Enter the credentials and save
Connect your device to your Wi-Fi modem using an Ethernet cable
Open a web browser and key in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar and press Enter.
Enter the username and password to login, by default (User: cusadmin & Password: password or your current Wi-Fi password)
Select Setup from the menu at the top of the page.
If you’d like to change your Wi-Fi password, enter the new password in the Pre-Shared Key field, and select Save Settings
Why do I sometimes lose connection?
Once you have verified that the cable is connected properly and there is no damaged cable, your speed may need to be increased, especially if you have a significant number of users or if you are streaming, downloading, gaming, etc.
Can I hook up more than one computer?
Yes you can, all of them can be connected through the wireless router, with a high speed for best performance.
What is the situation with my modem when only one light is turned on?
The lights on the modem indicate the status power, connectivity and activity of the cable modem. If you are only seeing one light, it is possible that the modem is not receiving any signal. Give us a call at 380-0101 or message us at @CentaurCommunications.
